The associated responsibilities span planning and managing budget, scope, work plans, resources, client relationships, deliverable creation, issues, project communications and overall delivery on time and budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Management of onshore and offshore resources
  • Delivery and release schedules
  • Provide management reporting and accountable delivery
  • Evaluate and present solutions objectively
  • Facilitate conflict resolution
  • Participate in meetings & reviews with customers and team members
  • Make sure that there is a documented process from business requirement/specifications to development
