Our trained Hardware Services teams attend a wide variety of calls and find solutions for Hardware, networking, operating systems and software problems.

All calls are logged, tracked and managed from our centralised Help Desk and the collective experience held by our Engineers, internal and Partner knowledge bases, ensure that Clients receive the best support available when they need it.

In addition to Break-fix services, we also offer preventative maintenance contracts and warranty support and authorised service centres for our partner products.
